High Flow/High Capacity Filters
Combining high flow rates and high solids is a challenge
for most filters. CPI High Capacity filters meet
this challenge with the highest flow and dirt holding
combination available. Flow abilities exceed 600
gpm per 80” filter and solids holding can reach
75 lbs.
Performance
- At same flow and vessel size, CPI 720/750
filters can remove up to 11 times more solids.
- At same vessel size, CPI 720 can handle
up to five times more flow.
- One (1) CPI 80” filter can match the solids
holding of 65 standard 30” depth filters.
- Flow path is inside to outside. Solids are
held within the filter for cleaner change-outs.

Fewer filter change-outs means less costs associated
with labor, disposal, and product losses. The difference
in performance can be so substantial that even if
some competitive filters were FREE they would still

Available lengths are 20”, 40”, 60”, 80”
Filter media choices include glass fiber, polypropylene,
polyester, nylon, ryton, cellulose and nomex.
Support structure options are nylon, polypropylene,
acetal, and metal.
Micron ratings available from 0.5 micron through
150 micron. Temperature ratings to 450°F.
